Hells Canyon
A jet boat trip on the Hells Canyon - Deepest Gorge in North America
will long be remembered.
Fishing is fantastic - Sturgeon, Steelhead,
Catfish, Trout and Bass can be caught in Hells Canyon.
The easiest access to enter Hells Canyon is at Pittsburg Landing, known
by the local natives as Canoe Camp. It was a wintering ground for the Nez Pierce.

You can take a cruise up stream and on both sides of the river are
trails blasted out of solid rock. On up is Kirkwood Creek, which is
now an N.R.A. information center. From there, one soon comes to suicide
point, a massive outcropping of rock- with a trail blasted across the
face.
